Copy signature, then paste it straight into your email app’s signature box. Copy HTML is for apps and tools that take the code.

Gmail allows up to 10,000 characters, and the Gmail app on a phone has its own mobile signature setting.
What it does
Email apps are particular about signatures. This one is built the way they expect: tables, inline styles and linked images, set in fonts every computer has (Arial, Helvetica, Verdana, Tahoma and Georgia), because web fonts do not work in Gmail or Outlook. That is why it holds its layout across Outlook, Gmail and Apple Mail.
Your logo needs to live online at a public https address, such as the logo on your website, because email apps load signature pictures from a link. A file saved only on your computer never reaches the reader, and some apps, classic Outlook among them, hold pictures back until the reader allows them, which is why everything else in the signature is text. What you type is kept in this browser for next time, and nothing is sent anywhere.
How to use it
- Enter your name, the Arabic version if you want it, your role, company, phone number and website.
- Add your logo's web address, then choose your colours and social links.
- Click Copy signature.
- Paste it into your email app's signature settings and send yourself a test.
Questions, answered
How do I add the signature to Gmail?
First click Copy signature. In Gmail on a computer, go to Settings, then See all settings, and look for Signature on the General tab. Create a new signature, paste into the box, pick it under Signature defaults, then save changes at the foot of the page.
Why is my logo not showing?
Signature images are pulled in from a link, so your logo must be hosted at a public https address, such as the one on your website. An image stored only on your own computer will never reach the recipient. Some apps, classic Outlook among them, also block images until the reader allows them.
Can I include my name in Arabic?
Yes. Type it into the Name in Arabic field and it appears beneath your English name, right to left. Test it by emailing yourself, as a few apps, Gmail included, may switch an entire message to right to left when Arabic is present.
Will it look the same in Outlook?
Yes. Tables and inline styles are what Outlook, Gmail and Apple Mail all understand, so the layout holds. It sticks to fonts installed on every computer, since Gmail and Outlook do not support web fonts.
What makes a good email signature?
Keep it short: name, role, company, one phone number and the website. Link the logo rather than pasting it, and keep the file well under 100 KB. Use text, not a picture of text, which is blank when images are blocked. Check it in dark mode, where dark lettering on a transparent logo can vanish. And give the whole team the same design, changing only the name and role.
