The Brief
What they asked forBeauty that knows your shade.
Glowhaus is a beauty store in Accra. It starts online, with a shop of its own planned for later.
It sells skincare and make-up from brands around the world, picked for medium to deep skin tones and for Ghana's heat. The idea is simple: help people find what works for their skin and their shade, and explain why it works.
We worked on it with O-K Consulting and started with the strategy: the mission, the goals and five things the brand stands for. The identity came out of that. The logo has a custom O with a small four-point glow inside it, and the colours come from skin, earth and the late afternoon light in Accra.

The Strategy
Five things it stands forThe glow authority.
Glowhaus wants to be the place people in Ghana trust for beauty advice. Everything in the brand comes back to these five ideas.
Glow authority
A store people trust. Every product is there for a reason, and the advice is honest.
Built for your skin
Medium to deep skin tones come first, and nobody gets left out.
Beauty literacy
Teach people about ingredients, routines and shade matching, with Ghana's climate in mind.
Culturally intelligent
Global brands and trends, explained through a local lens.
Community driven
It grows through shared know-how, real content and the people who shop there.
The Logo
Wordmark, stack and iconAn O that glows.
The custom O carries a four-point sparkle, the same one that sits on its own in the round icon. The wordmark comes long, stacked, or with "The Glow Authority" underneath, in any pairing from the palette.

The Colours
Click one to copy itSoft neutrals with a few rich accents, taken from skin tones, earth pigments and Accra's golden light.
The Type
Two families
Rakiby is the display face: bold geometric shapes with soft curves. It's used for the logo, headlines and the big moments. It isn't a web font, so the logo is standing in for it here.
